THE NEW GUARD is still active, quarantined. On a stage created for this show, bursts in with its his tangos, waltzes and milongas. The transformations brought about by the pandemic have added to the natural impetus for artists to offer new ways of experiencing and presenting their music. Projects a unique and authentic concert. The objective is the encounter with the tradition of the guitar in tango. OLIVERIO TANGO - LIDIA BORDA
The concert of Tangoldberg quartet, accompanied by the famous Lidia Borda, was recorded in the neighborhood of Villa Crespo, the birthplace of tangueros and milongueros, at the Oliverio Girondo Cultural Space together with great musicians such as Horacio Romo, Daniel Falasca, Pablo Agri and Analía Goldberg. Lidia Borda, in this excellent audiovisual, interprets new versions of great classics from the Buenos Aires tango repertory.

PEDRO GIRAUDO TANGO QUARTET
Latin GRAMMY winner Pedro Giraudo is regarded as one of today’s most compelling tango artists, a preeminent cultural ambassador for the beautiful and passionate music of his native Argentina. His compositions represent the evolution of tango, from its roots in the traditional ‘orquesta típica’, to ‘tango nuevo’ as epitomized by Astor Piazzolla, and to his own sound that respects the past and looks to the future, bringing something new and exciting to the form while retaining all its lushness and beauty. Recorded on October 29, 2020 at the Kolstein's Performance Venue as part of the Kolstein's Musician Relief Fund.

TANGO WITH ESSENCE OF WOMAN
In a show of pure tango, Ana María Pfeiff will take a tour recalling the lyrics and music of the best composers of the genre. With her exquisite, suburban and intimate style, she will transmit in each song the intensity and emotion of the great idols that remain in time. She will perform Discépolo, Matos Rodríguez, Cacho Castaña, Azucena Maizani, Cobián, Contursi and a special tribute to the unforgettable Tita Merello with Maestro Francisco Canaro. It will be a special gala of “Tango With Essence of Woman”; show that will be exhibited for the first time outside the Río de la Plata.
